- Cluster HRM develops and implements human resources strategies, policies, and programs for the staff, employees, management training, performance management, career development, and compensation.
- The aim is to ensure that the hotel employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience and that training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance and achieve the employer’s business, services, and commerce aims.
- Cluster HRM is involved in a range of activities required for the company whatever the size or type of business: Working practices, Recruitment, C&B, conditions of employment, and negotiation with external work-related agencies.
- Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.
- Preparing staff handbooks and collective labor agreements.
- Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
- Administering payroll and maintaining employee records
- Interpreting and advising on employment records.
- Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
- Developing with line managers HR planning strategies that consider immediate and long-term staff requirements
- Planning and sometimes delivering training—including inductions of new hires.
- Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers. Making plans for training courses in safety, first aid & CPR, Fire and emergency reaction.
- Involving hotel regular audits constantly in terms of smooth operation.
- Any other duties assigned by the General Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from University majoring in Human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant management, and other related majors
- Priority is given to candidates having worked in a similar position for international hotels/resorts and can start as soon as possible
- Fluency in English
- Good computer skills
- Empathy towards your customers and colleagues.
- Pride and attention to detail.
- Polished personal presentation with a warm, confident, and hospitable personality
- Paid salary suitable to your ability skills and experiences
- Knowledge of labor law and employment regulations.
- Working in 4-5 star hotels with 05 years of experience and more than 05 years in the same position.
