Build strong relationships with our customers, anticipate their needs and help them use our product to make their businesses more effective and successful
Listen to customer feedback, understand market needs, then effectively work with Design, Product and Marketing teams to improve product quality
Work closely with your customers to develop expansion opportunities and through referrals
Help customers use our service efficiently and generate direct results on the performance of their business
Yêu cầu công việc
Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of customer success
Passionate about customer success and helping people
Strong communication skills to build trust and rapport with customers
Problem- solving mindset with the ability to handle customer concerns effectively
English written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone
Able to parse feedback and contribute to the product by suggesting feature requests based on your knowledge of customers
Previous experience in customer- facing roles (internships, part- time or full- time) is a plus but not mandatory
Organizational skills to manage multiple customers and task simultaneously
