• Identify, qualify, and contact potential hotel partners of the assigned area;
• Do contracting process with new hotel partners & Travel Agency and contract renewal with existing partners;
• Take part in meetings with hotel partners & Travel Agency
• Develop a solid working knowledge of the company’s products, competitors and channels;
• Liaison person for hotels to contact when they have problems, or questions;
• Providing hotels& Travel Agency with information and advice by email, including follow-ups;
• Prepare detailed proposals that include hardware, software, and services in order to meet or exceed customer requests;
• Take care of sales negotiations and contracts;
• Analyze opportunities by researching the industry and market trends;
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• At least 6-12 months of experience in a relevant sales function in the hotel or Travel Agency
• REQUIRED LANGUAGE: ENGLISH
• Proficient with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced growing company environment and quickly adapt to change.
• Pro-active, sense of responsibility, friendly, and ability to work independently
• Great face-to-face and telephone communication skills
• Team player, motivated, and enjoys working in the hospitality industry
** PREFERRED SKILLS:
• OTA Contract experienced candidate preferred;
• Experience in using the PMS system
• Preferential Language: English
