MISSION AND ROLE
The Tax & Customs Accountant position plays the critical role tosupport Chief Accountant (CA), Supply Chain team (SCT), and other departments tomanage Authority report (Tax, Customs, Investment, Statistics), company taxposition, and related accounting tasks to ensure the company's positiveposition in front Authorities, especially Tax & Customs position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support CA to declare VAT(Monthly) & CIT (Yearly).
Support CA in quarterly tax refund.
Checking imported/exported goodsand do the finalization reports on imported & exported goods.
Working closely with SC team toensure the declaration on imported/ exported goods are always correct.
In charge of other authorityreports: investment evaluation and statistics reports, as per laws andregulation.
All other reasonable duties asrequested by CFO, CA.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR POOL (to be selectedor changed annually upon Companies/group target)
Accurately,complyingly reports being submitted on time.
On top of updatingand being fluently of Changes/New issuances of tax/customs laws and regulations.
Level of assignedtasks completion.
Level of Non-deductible expenses.
Level ofnon-refundable tax.
Level of Tax exposure
WORKING RELATIONSHIP
Internal: Accounting, supplychain, Sales & marketing, and other related functions.

Good knowledge and experiences in Accounting, Tax and Customs major for production company with import/export business.

Professional Experiences
1. 3-5 years working experiences in Accounting, Tax and Customs fields.
2. Fluently with customs & tax software using.
3. Experience in roles which require high accuracy, compliance and much attention to detail, with the ability to work quickly to meet deadline.
4. Demonstrate excellent understanding & applicable laws on related fields.
5. Having ability to communicate confidently at internal/external.
6. Must be methodical and interested in learning new skills.
Qualification
B.A, major in accounting and financing; customs + tax declaration certificates
