Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e-commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be in the top 1% retailers on Amazon US. I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Inventory Control
Establish and enforce inventory control procedures to maintain accurate inventory records, minimize discrepancies, and prevent stockouts and overstock situations across all inventory pools (factory, platforms, warehouses)
3PL Management
Coordinate with 3PL to ensure timely delivery of inventory items, and address any issues related to stock irregularity for both outbound and inbound flows.
Inventory Analysis
Analyze inventory data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Utilize data insights to optimize inventory turnover, reduce carrying costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies in inventory management processes and implement solutions to streamline operations, improve accuracy, and reduce costs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, sales, and logistics, to align inventory management activities with organizational goals and objectives.
Reporting and Documentation
Prepare regular inventory reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review. Ensure all inventory-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.Yêu Cầu Công Việc
II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
General - Graduate from top universities with a degree in Management, Business or Economics.
Good command of English, especially in writing.
Proven experience in inventory management, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of inventory planning, and control principles.
Proficiency in inventory management software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in inventory management.
