The purpose of an HR Officer is to provide administrative support to our Human Resources department. Reporting to the HR manager, the Officer will help with payroll, recruiting, scheduling, and training tasks. The HR Officer will also act as the primary liaison between the department and other employees.
Job Roles / Duties:
ˉ Ensure compliance with all applicable local labour laws and regulations.
ˉ Assist with recruiting tasks such as reviewing resumes, conducting, and scheduling interviews, hiring, and following up with candidates.
ˉ Schedule and coordinate onboarding assignments and training sessions
ˉ Compile and process employee documentation and records and keep the employee database up to date.
ˉ Assist the HR manager with formulating policies, procedures, and changes, as well as communicating all updates to employees.
ˉ Responding to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner
ˉ Track employee attendance, and leaves, and assist with payroll processing and documentation.
ˉ Assist Hr Manager on managing employee relations, including addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and other workplace issues.
ˉ Assist in developing and implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
ˉ Familiar and knowledgeable related to ISO System, ENHESA, and Smeta
ˉ Educate and enhance the Safety Standards and advise the management for the provision of best working place conditions for the employees.
ˉ Interpersonal skills: HR Officer need to be able to build and maintain relationships with employees. This includes being able to create a positive and supportive work environment, as well as resolve conflict and mediation.
ˉ Problem-solving skills: HR Officer need to be able to help identify and solve problems effectively. This includes being able to gather information, analyse data, and develop and implement solutions.
ˉ Organizational skills: HR Officer need to be able to manage their time and workload effectively. This includes being able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and multitask.
ˉ Empathy: HR Officer need to be able to understand and relate to the feelings of others. This helps them to build trust and rapport with employees, as well as to resolve conflict effectively.
ˉ Flexibility: HR Officer need to be able to adapt to change and be flexible in their approach to work. This is important because the HR field is constantly evolving, and HR Officer need to be able to keep up with the latest trends and best practices
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelors Degree in Arts / Human Sciences / Management.
2. Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in Human Resource department
3. Special Requirement:
ˉ Fluent in English, able to communicate independently with foreigners.
ˉ Strong attention to detail
ˉ Proficiency in administrative duties such as communications, data entry, and record keeping.
ˉ Enthusiasm for working within a team environment.
ˉ Tact and professionalism when it comes to handling confidential information and addressing employee concerns.
