I. Experience:
1. Policy & Compliance
+ Establish and maintains policies and procedures for the general operation of HSE function in line with organizational objectives, internal business standard and applicable laws
+ Continuous improve to optimize the company’s processes and regulations in a streamlined manner, shorten time and costs while ensuring the quality and progress at the work
+ Identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and managing risks inherent in business processes and practices.
+ Identify gaps in current HSE processes, systems and procedures and implement actions to close those gaps.
+ Develop internal audit plan and implementation the audit based on risk assessment and relevant report

2. Safety & Security
+ Identify, analyze, evaluate, and manage risks inherent in business processes and practices
+ Remind workers to follow the regulations of labor safety, PPE, machine operating, hygiene during the production process
+ Prepare and train HSE rules or all company employees, contractors
+ Check and register all the machinery, equipment and material with strict requirement on safety
+ Management of chemical safety activities, MSDS management
+ Establish and maintain emergency response plans on EHS as needs and regulations

3. Environment
+ Maintain EMS according to ISO 14001:2015
+ Make dossier and do observation for working environment accordingly
+ Manage all hazardous and non-hazardous waste, domestic wastewater treatment system
+ Perform an environmental aspect assessment, control the significant environmental aspect

4. Health
+ Establish the strategies and develop internal policies to help ensure employee health and safety
+ Management of first aid, healthy activities (health check, periodical examination, occupational diseases etc.)
+ Investigation and report on healthy issue if happen

II. Team management:
+ Manage and supervise HSE team and whole employees, especially workers to ensure that they are working in a safe and productive environment
+ Assist in working night to manage safety & support Production workers

III. Other tasks:
+ Prepare necessary materials and cooperate with relevant departments in working with authorities and relevant parties
+ Other tasks assigned by manager.
