- Study and assess the business processes from the automation perspective and derive the automation roadmap.
- Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop and configure automation workflows to streamline and optimize business processes.
- Perform testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure quality and performance.
- Maintain and update existing RPA solutions as needed. Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
- Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise in day-to-day running of RPA processes and provide timely resolutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on RPA tools and digital solutions.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduation: Computer science/IT/similar IT-related field
- Proficient in English
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Blue - - Prism, Automation Anywhere). UiPath experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen in order to manage internal and external stakeholder contacts.
- Document RPA processes and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
- Assist in the development of RPA governance and best practices.
- Professional experience in SAP automation, Web automation, and Excel automation is essential.
- Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language).
- Experience with Databases (MS SQL, Oracle,...) often preferred.
- Experience with development methodologies is preferred.
- Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
- Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods.
- UiPath RPA Developer certifications preferred.

- Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-6pm with 1h lunch break. It is possible that your hours could shift slightly due to the time difference with other countries. However, this will not be always the case
- We would like to have you with us in the office every day for your probation period, and after that, working from home 2 times per week (Tuesday and Wednesday) is possible, subject to performance review. Certain days cannot be worked from home, especially days before or after weekends/ public holidays/ annual leave
- You will be onboarding in our brand new office that we share with Wurth Industry Service Vietnam. Here you will be given a brand new laptop and all the equipment you need (monitor, mouse, keyboard, etc.), as well as a phone allowance of 300k VND per month
