Regulatory Affairs & Cosmetic Formula Review
- Ensures that product labels comply with legal restrictions before being placed onto the market, in compliance with the regulations of the Drug Administration of Vietnam and ASEAN Cosmetic Labeling
- Coordinate with Marketing Department, Import License Registration Department, collect documents to check Sub-labels on product packaging, ensure that the Company's products fully comply with current regulations of Vietnam and ASEAN
- Check documents, product data for assigned projects to ensure compliance with requirements, as well as monitor to ensure timely secondary label checks
- Contact and work with State agencies when necessary
- Update current regulations, latest laws of Vietnam and ASEAN
- Update reports to QC leader on the status of new products, new improved products of brands from marketing department along with weekly licenses
- Making the settlement registration fee and expense management report
