We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Merchandise Manager to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing top suppliers, managing import/export operations, and developing our own brand products for international markets. You will be reporting directly to CEO.
• Identify and establish relationships with top suppliers to ensure a diverse and high-quality product range.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Manage import and export activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Lead the development of own-brand products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Manage and develop product categories: Oversee existing products and launch new products.
• Existing product management: Handle stock management, cross-registration, and collaborate with local teams for inventory management to prevent overstock and expiration.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for product expansion.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for product expansion and improvement.
• Work with the marketing team to create compelling product listings and promotional campaigns.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for expanding our own brands into international markets.
• Develop market entry strategies and manage the execution of expansion plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with key counterparts in each country.• Have knowledge in Product Development is a plus.
• At least from 5 years with proven experience and deep knowledge of healthcare/cosmetic category (Health supplements, Nutrition, Cosmetic...)
