Our client, which is a big and reputed inbound travel agency in Hanoi, is seeking for an experienced Sales Manager with details as follows:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the sales process for clients: Accompanying clients during meetings, inspections, or when necessary.
• Promoting various destinations and products offered by the company, advising clients on the most suitable options based on their needs.
• Overseeing inquiries, confirming bookings with the team, and stepping in when issues arise.
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients while addressing any concerns or complaints.
• Coordinating with the operations team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve both individual and team targets.
• Preparing monthly and yearly reports and setting targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar position in travel agency;
• Being fluent in English;
• Have strong communication skills and be service-oriented.
