Job Title: CnB Specialist

Job description:

I/ For the Service Department (Tasks for customers):

• In charge of the service area: payroll, bonuses, work performance, KPIs for customers.
• Receive information, check, and reconcile with customers regarding: timekeeping tables, labor increase/decrease, etc.
• Responsible for tasks related to: social insurance, unemployment insurance, labor reports, etc., including internal tasks and communication with state management agencies.
• Handle health insurance cases: illness, maternity, etc.

II/ For tasks within the company:

• Participate in designing salary scales, bonus policies, benefits, and employee rewards based on job positions and competencies.
• Participate in building salary, bonus, and benefit policies.
• Advise and provide recommendations to the HR Manager on tools and solutions to retain and attract talent through salary and benefit policies.
• Contribute ideas and draft processes and regulations related to C&B operations.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements:

• A college degree or higher in Human Resources, Labor Management, Human Resource Management, Administration, Law, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and legal regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Good English communication skills are an advantage (not mandatory).
• Preference for candidates who have used HR or payroll software.
• Preference for candidates with knowledge or experience in applying the 3P salary model.

Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm (lunch break 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm)
