Technician (Process + Equipment)

Technician (Process + Equipment)

Role Purposes

• Ensuring the PM (plan maintenance) fixture and machine on time and in good quality according to standard
• Troubleshooting fixture and machine issue to ensure disturbance free production
• Execute lean & efficient Fixture and Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting to ensure excellent Availability Levels of most types of existing manufacturing equipment
  
  

Major Accountabilities

• Confirming / verifying on the availability of fixture and machines, workstations and processes after troubleshooting / PM
• Communicating and work directly with relevant teams (Production, QM, IE,…) on the readiness of machines, workstations and processes when needed
• Performing PM and troubleshoot fixture / machine / equipment as per standard, procedure follow maintenance plan independently
• Reporting and following-up all issues related to fixture-machine-tools / process to M+S engineer and relevant teams for the support
• Supporting equipment relocation / new line setup during production re-layout activities
• Being the intermediary person between Service teams & production setter team
• Maintaining the 5S & safety
• Performing any other work or projects as assigned by the superiors
  
  

Role Requirements

• Technical Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or related engineering fields;
• 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the electronics industry;
• Ability to read and understand English technical documents and systems;
• Must-have: solid technical background; familiarity with manufacturing operations; careful, detail-oriented mindset with a strong interest in machinery repair and maintenance;
• Good-to-have: basic planning skills and good communication abilities;
• Be able to work in shifts;
