- Create telesales and CRM strategies for Jeju products (Customer relationship management)
- Find new customers and expand sales markets.
- Propose promotion programs, customer data analyst & report.
- Upgrade the CRM system.
- Team management, new CRM employees training. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth work within the team.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from university with related majoring. Fluent in English.
- Working experience > 3 years in CRM/Telesales field, especially in food industry.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working in the fast-moving consumer goods sector
