Your Responsibilities
- To own, monitor + drive all sales activities for (i.e. prepare quotation) customers within your control, ensuring prospects are identified, qualified + nurtured through the sales pipeline so as to close profitable + sustainable customer deals
- To align your sales efforts with Customer Care Location (CCL) Managers, Pricing + Sea Logistics Business Development teams, including pricing decisions.
- To monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing + products
- To report customer feedback to the CCL team, supporting resolutions as required
- To align with CCL colleagues when onboarding new customers
- To maintain + update the most relevant customer information in internal systems
- To regularly review customer portfolios with the CCL Managers + team
- To focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation through high levels of service quality in close collaboration with the CCL
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Import/ Export, Logistics, or related fields
- At least 03 years working experience in Sales of Freight Forward. Experience in Sea Logistics is an advantage.
- Having good knowledge of foreign trade, forwarding, import/ export process and custom
- Customer orientation
- Good at communication, conflict resolution, problem solving & time management skills.
- Good at Analytical & Organizing skills.
- Good command of English

- Dịch vụ online – Cung cấp online website cho Nhà tuyển dụng có thể đăng tin tuyển dụng, thông tin công ty, khai thác nguồn dữ liệu ứng viên tiềm năng và Người tìm việc có thể đăng hồ sơ giới thiệu về bản thận, tiếp cận với các cơ hội nghề nghiệp.
- Tư vấn quản lý nguồn nhân lực,
- Tư vấn hệ thống nhân sự, xây dựng mô tả công việc, cấu trúc phòng ban, đánh giá nhân sự, KPI. Xây dựng chính sách lương, thưởng, quy chế công ty.
- Tứ vấn luật lao động, quản hệ lao động, xử lý kỹ luật lao động và sa thải, cấu trúc lại nhân sự
- Dịch vụ tính và báo cáo lương, BHXH, thuế TNCN.
