Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage VN DPI Team to ensure the integrity of testing, on-time and accurate performance.
- Manage and improve operation workflow, processes and resources to ensure work effectiveness and efficiency.
- Insure General Manager is adequately informed regarding all issues pertaining to lab operations.
- Work closely with the Team to ensure production goals are met.
- Review all comprehensive and failed reports with worksheets and data for accuracy and completeness.
- Point of contact for purchasing key lab instruments.
- Work and meet with vendors and buyers to resolve sample submission problem if needed.
- Lead the team to perform new test development to meet business need.
- Obtain and maintain accreditation as required by top management.
- Ensure proper coordination between department (administration, customer service and technical).
- Address and resolve personnel and disciplinary issues in the Team and provide counseling if needed.
