Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationship and explore all possible sales opportunities with key accounts.
2. Liaise with local & overseas clients for price negotiation, quotation preparation, production schedule planning, order follow up and on-schedule delivery, shipment arrangement.
3. Handle & follow up clients’ general enquiries.
4. Issue the printing & production instruction matters.
5. Track & Monitor production status with escalating and reporting to leadership team.
6. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for leadership team.
7. Collaborate with direct supervisor to establish the sales goals and budgets of the team.
8. Develop and implement sales strategies in order to achieve the sales goals.
9. Co-ordinate projects with customers and working teams.
10. Lead Account Servicing Team to handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, proofs and samples, follow up customers’ orders.
11. Perform ad hoc assignments by management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University graduate or above in Sales, Marketing, business management or relevant discipline.
- 5 years and above proven work experience in sales and account servicing with at least 3 years in supervisory role.
- Working experience in Printing / Paper Products / Toys / Gifts & Premiums Industry would be an advantage.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. Ability to communicate in Chinese a plus.
- Solid hands on experiences in ERP, CRM system and MS Office.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to deliver client-focused solutions to address customer needs.
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual.
- Good time management and able to multi-task and complete tasks on time.
- Based in HCM, frequent travel to Ha Noi and business travelling as required.
