• Prepare and assist Finance Controller with the monthly financial reports package to Australia.
• Prepare and assist Finance Controller with budget, planning and rolling forecast.
• Preparation and consolidation of annual sales forecasts and annual production schedule budget.
• Identify and lead cost control activities related to BOM, plant and equipment – supervise costing.
• Manage budget, and actual capital and expenditure of major projects.
• Input of budget and capital plan into respective system (SAP).
• Analysis of operations and profitability.
• Development of various non-recurring executive presentations.
• Development and management review of the business case and financial justifications for capital expenditure requests (e.g., cash flow, internal rate of return, lease versus buy…)
• Take part in to improve the finance control system and reporting efficiency in order to eliminate excel file reporting. Allow more time for investigative reporting.
• Support the profitable growth of the company by active participation in quality improvement processes.
• Identify, lead change management and system improvements to reduce operating variances and deficiencies in current processes.
• Provide information to department management, and assist in other functions as requested by the manager.
