An exciting Factory Manager job has arisen in a leading firm in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.

About the Factory Manager Role:

- Factory Manager oversees steel manufacturing at the plant and its staff. You will directly manages steel production, steel’s front line, annealing, slitting, shearing and raw material. The Factory Manager will oversees and supports the aluminium manufacturing manager as needed. Manager provides overall leadership to the steel manufacturing team and BK Vina. Reporting to the CEO and Managing Director and works in tandem with the management team, to achieve duties, and ensure company success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership, management and oversight for entire steel manufacturing team
- Manage and control daily schedule and output for steel manufacturing
- Ensure and improve upon productivity standards, defect rate, and overall
- Manage allocation of raw material per order, slitting, shearing and prepping raw material for production based on orders
- Manage annealing process
- Oversee steel manufacturing staff
- Oversee steel controller
- Ensure we meet all POs for clients in timely manner
- Ensure we produce and ship high quality steel and aluminium products
- Work with quality assurance team to address claims, maintain machines and fix/prepare molds

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
