What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager - Surface Treatment based in Hanoi, you will play an instrumental role in driving commercial success for the company's surface treatment portfolio.   • Prepare detailed sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts for upper management review, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.

  • Communicate regularly with suppliers to exchange vital market information, discuss competitive landscapes, and negotiate pricing or quotations as needed.
  • Oversee inventory levels, purchase orders, profit margins, and loss statements to ensure optimal business performance while proactively addressing issues such as deadstock or slow-moving items.
  • Consult closely with the Business Director regarding customer quotations and supplier negotiations to secure favourable terms for both parties.
  • Report promptly on any loss of sales or changes in market conditions to relevant stakeholders, providing clear explanations and actionable insights.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Chinese Mandarin would be highly advantageous given the nature of supplier communications.
