COUNSEL or PARTNER - EMPLOYMENT PRACTICE IN LAW FIRM

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Our client, a Top Tier law firm, is seeking an experienced and well-rounded Lawyer with a specialisation in Employment to join their office as a Counsel or as a Partner.

What you'll do:

• Provide expert legal advice on matters related to Employment
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
• Organise and attend client meetings
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to Employment and the related regulations in Vietnam
• Organise, host and plan seminars, webminars and other marketing / business development activities
• Collaborate with other lawyers within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services
• Recruit, train and mentor junior lawyers and support their professional development

What you bring:

• Being a Vietnamese qualified Lawyer admitted to practice Law in Vietnam
• Experience abroad or studies overseas is highly preferred
• At least 10-12 years of experience in Law Firm with a focus on Employment
• Background in international or reputable local Top Tier Law Firms
• Strong proficiency in English and Vietnamese
• For Partnership: clients portfolio and business possibilities to bring to the firm
• Demonstrate ability to mentor junior lawyers
