What you'll do:

As an Assistant Merchandising Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing product development processes, collaborating with vendors, and leading your team towards success. You will be responsible for maintaining data across various systems, analyzing this data to inform decision-making processes, and managing vendor relationships effectively. Your ability to coach your team, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive attitude will be key to your success in this role.

• Manage related products development including market sample tracking and T&A management
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams
• Coach the team and lead them to achieve KPI's
• Maintain data in different systems such as PLM, Intellimas to manage daily activities
• Analyze and present data
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve vendor-related issues in a timely manner

The ideal candidate for the Assistant Merchandising Manager position brings a wealth of experience in influencing and negotiation, cost and data analytics, strategic thinking, supplier evaluation and selection, compliance and ethical sourcing, as well as product life cycle management. You are open-minded, proactive, innovative, and have excellent problem-solving skills. Your ability to work independently with minimal supervision/direction will be highly valued.
