Mô tả công việc
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional manner.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Proficiency in English or Chinese.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.
