Quality Inspection
Conduct regular inspections to ensure product quality meets Shoefabrik's standards.
Verify that the manufacturing process aligns with approved samples and company quality benchmarks.
Oversee implementation of all quality control procedures within the factory.
Perform daily checks on aspects (stamp, labels, packaging..).
Collaborate with factory teams to resolve quality issues and propose effective corrective actions.
Delivery Schedule Management
Ensure production and delivery timelines are adhered to as per the confirmed plan.
Coordinate closely with Development, Commercialization, and related technical teams for timely rollout of new models.
Ensure all necessary components and accessories are available before production begins.
Liaise with Planning and Customer Service to ensure clear communication on order status and any production concerns.
Reporting
Submit daily quality inspection reports to the direct manager.
Emphasize any issues or disruptions related to the orders and risks of shipment delivery.
Product Grading
Maintain quality control standards to minimize Grade B products.
Factory Relations
Clearly communicate Shoefabrik's product quality standards to partner factories.
Foster and maintain a positive working relationship with the factory team.
Packaging Integrity
Prevent any manufacturing mistakes that could lead to package damage during the production phase.At least 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Inspector in the footwear industry.
Strong understanding of quality assurance techniques, equipment, procedures, and materials relevant to footwear production.
In-depth knowledge of footwear standards, inspection methods, and quality evaluation practices.
