Requirements:

• Graduated in Polymer & Composite, Materials Technology,…
• English skills: Intermediate level
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of flexible packaging production technology is an advantage.
• Having 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance field.

Job description:

• Understand and follow the management system documents under the responsibility of the QA department.
• Manage QA team activities. Monitor and evaluate work performance (KPIs) of each QA employee.
• Receive and monitor the resolution and correction of product nonconformities (NC).
• Deploy and maintain data collection, statistics, error analysis, and customer complaints to find the cause and effectively fix errors to prevent repeat errors.
• Organize and inspect the implementation of corrective actions by units and respond to official dispatches to customers.
• Statistics on the number of non-conformities (NC) on the system, evaluating the parts that often cause errors.
• Prepare customer evaluation documents according to Company regulations.
• Receive and store documents issued on the notification system for deployment to the QA department.
• Periodically report the work in charge to the Department Manager daily/weekly/monthly or when requested by the QA Manager.
