Job description:

• Arrange and assign work schedules for the R&D team responsible for Unilever and other customers.
• Communicate to employees a clear understanding of the functions, tasks of the group and job descriptions of the responsible employee position.
• Evaluate the performance (KPIs) of each R&D team member responsible for customer accounts.
• Assign tasks, provide support, and guide employees in their work.
• Train, coach, mentor, motivate, and develop team members.
• Researching and developing new packaging products.
• Organize the transfer of formulas, technology, and training for the factory for production implementation.
• Provide customer care, receive and address customer feedback, and answer customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and requests within the scope of work, meet customer expectations.
• Organize and support staff to make samples for the sales department according to the schedule committed to customers.
• Implement and comply with the application of management systems according to the Company’s applicable standards (ISO, OHSAS …).
• Organize and implement the storage of documents, records, and information related to the work to provide timely information for research and management.
• Prepare plans and professional reports as required by the Department Head.
• Participate in briefings and other meetings as required by the Department Head and related departments.
