Recruitment (60%)

• Partner with the seniors to understand talent needs and develop requirements strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Take charge of onboarding and orientation training for new members.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

This role requires the ability to propose improvements to the current process, for best implementation to expand recruitment sources.

People Development (30%)

Partner with the seniors to:

• Understand teams performance and areas of improvement.
• Set performance goals and conduct performance reviews.
• Develop and implement training programs for employee growth and development.

This role is to be the bridge between the HR team and the business teams to achieve company goals.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist or recruitment, with various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Experience in employee relations or HRBP.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Responsible, open-minded, and able to work under pressure in uncertain situations.
• Fluent in English

BIG PLUS:

• French language
• Facilitation skill
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems

Working time: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (flexible)

Location: District 10, HCMC (hybrid)
