* Sales & Business Development
- Identify and secure new industrial clients in oil & gas, marine, offshore, and heavy industries.
- Develop and manage relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and end-users.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to close deals successfully.
- Meet assigned sales targets and support strategic business growth.
* Market Development
- Analyze market trends and identify potential industrial project opportunities.
- Develop partnerships and alliances with relevant stakeholders in the industrial sector.
- Participate in tenders, project bidding, and negotiations.
* Customer Service & Project Support
- Provide technical and commercial support during pre-sales and post-sales stages.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful project execution.
- Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution.
* Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and market intelligence.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to align project requirements.
* Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of industrial projects, especially in oil & gas, marine, or offshore industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Technical awareness of engineering/project sales is an advantage.
