*Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell fire alarm system solutions to industrial projects, factories, commercial complexes, and infrastructure projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and project developers.
- Work on tenders, bidding, and quotations to secure project-based sales.
- Meet assigned sales and revenue targets.
* Market Development
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for fire alarm system sales.
- Provide market intelligence on competitor products and pricing strategies.
- Support brand positioning and growth within the fire protection market.
* Customer Service & Technical Support
- Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and deliver technical presentations.
- Support project execution with the operations and engineering teams.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and after-sales support.
* Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts.
- Submit regular reports to management on performance and market opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with design and technical departments to align with client requirements.
* Key Skills & Competencies:
- Solid knowledge of fire alarm systems, standards, and project requirements.
- Experience in industrial and commercial project sales.
