JOB RESPONSIBILITY
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the injection molding machinery sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Present and demonstrate products to clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Work closely with engineering and technical teams to provide tailored solutions to customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust strategies and maintain competitiveness.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
• Travel as required for client meetings, trade shows, and site visits.
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling plastic processing machinery or related products (e.g., industrial machinery, robotics, mold/tooling, machine tools, etc.).
• Fluent in English; Chinese communication skills are a plus.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain engineering products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
