Reporting

You reportdirectly to theHead of Sales & Marketing and CEO.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You are responsible for tasks in the following areas:

• Conduct market research to define market penetration strategies; actively seek new leads/opportunities in targeted markets.
• Prospect and generate new pipelines.
• Interact closely with clients to understand their requirements.
• Be able to deliver the first presentation and presales on the company's capabilities.
• Cooperate with the delivery team to prepare a comprehensive proposal for customers.
• Oversee contract negotiations, ensure deals are properly closed, and contracts/POs are signed off to avoid unnecessary risks.
• Coordinate and cooperate with related departments to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Follow up with customers from the approach stage to the post-sale follow-up stage, acting as the primary contact point for problem-solving during project execution.
• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.

Qualifications/ Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration, or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience in B2B sales.
• Have knowledge of computer systems, IT, IT Services is a plus
• Strong passion for business development
• Excellent in English
• Excellent negotiation skills
