Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and handle their inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
- Develop tailor-made tour itineraries based on client requests.
- Advise on itinerary adjustments to meet client preferences and budget.
- Prepare detailed tour programs and quotations.
- Collaborate with the operation and accounting departments to ensure tour execution and trip cost.
- Work with operation team and tour guides in resolving issues during tours.
- Maintain relationships with B2B agencies.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by leaders.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the tourism or hospitality industry.
- College or university degree in Tourism, Foreign Languages, International Trade, or International Economics.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- In-depth knowledge of tourism products, itineraries, destinations, and travel experiences.
- High level of responsibility and reliability.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive, cooperative, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
