We&039;re looking for a Japanese Sales Assistant who will provide bilingual support to the sales team and Japanese management.
Main responsibilities

Translating documents, emails, and other materials between English and Japanese
Organize and execute customer care activities
Proofreading and editing Japanese translations of marketing materials
Performing other administrative tasks as assigned.
Support to create opportunities and coordinate with cross- functional stakeholders to support business development activities
Creating sales reports, managing and analyzing data
Organize, host and note report for internal and external meetings

Experience in Sales/ Presale/ Marketing/ Assistant or similar positions is preferable
A strong understanding of Japanese culture and grammar (N2 and above)
Fluency in both Japanese and English, both spoken and written; excellent translation skills; Chinese is a big plus
Have good communication and persuasion skills
Business analyst skills, attention to detail.
Experience and knowledge in IT
Graduated from university
Have good logical and flexible thinking
At least 1 years working experience in Japanese
