As the Head of Brand Marketing, you will spearhead the development and execution of a visionary brand strategy for One Mount (OneHousing,OneU, and VinShop). This role is central to establishing a consistent, powerful brand presence that enhances business performance, resonates with diverse audiences, and positions the company as an industry leader.
You will lead a dynamic team to implement innovative marketing campaigns, ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, and drive strategic alignment with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global brand strategy aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and business goals.
- Lead initiatives to position One Mount and its subsidiaries as leaders in their respective industries, ensuring market differentiation and relevance.
- Establish long-term strategies for brand positioning that resonate with target markets and drive customer loyalty.
Brand Identity & Consistency
- Define, maintain, and evolve the brand identity to ensure consistency across all platforms, including digital, print, events, and internal communications.
- Develop and enforce global brand guidelines, ensuring consistent usage across regions and business units.
Campaign Development
- Conceptualize and execute high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns using ATL, BTL, and digital channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with regional teams to adapt campaigns to local market needs while maintaining a cohesive global brand image.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with key internal stakeholders to align branding efforts with corporate priorities and objectives.
- Represent the company as the primary brand ambassador at high-profile industry events, conferences, and media engagements.
Market Insights & Analysis
- Lead comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic branding decisions.
- Track and analyze key brand performance metrics (e.g., awareness, customer sentiment, loyalty) and continuously optimize strategies for improvement.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of marketing and branding initiatives.
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role at a multinational organization or large-scale enterprise.
- Proven track record in technology, e-commerce, FMCG, or real estate industries preferred.

- Deep understanding of global brand strategy development, integrated marketing campaigns, and multi-channel communication.

Education
