OBJECTIVES
We are looking for an Senior Account Executive who liaises closely with clients throughout campaigns/projects and be able to execute projects strategically & excellently at an easy to high level with support from Account Manager to deliver optimal performance for clients.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Project management:
On top of multi-project and manage overall client portfolio under support from Account Manager :
The project type is vary from creative / content to media performance
Provide direction for team to execute project and manage on top performance, risk management, client status management
Supervise the day-to-day operation of the project team to meet KPI and Objectives
Identify key issue in different context and perspective to deliver project objectives
Join and win client pitching project independently with nature project under 1,000MB or purely media
Able to lead 2-4 projects at complex level simultaneously
Solution provider:
Understand and provide marketing solution to clients in order to deliver project objectives and KPIs:
The solutions include creative concept and branding, content and media performance
Understand client vertical knowledge and product and marketing.
Manage client expectation to ensure timelines, progress, budget, and client deliverables, while achieving the expected profit for the company: The client working with is marketing manager and marketing lead
Acting as the main point of contact between client & agency to take the role of supporting and consulting
Uncover new opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
Client leadership:
Build and develop strong relationships with clients team through the proposal & implementation process, ensuring that the solutions we develop meet client needs : The relationship building is from lead to manager level of client
Provide professional support to maximize customer loyalty
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction reach 65% NPS KPI
People leadership
Lead team of 2-3 members and motivate them to deliver tasks at the highest quality
Provide people planning and clear roadmap/program/guidance in order to develop knowledge and skill set for the role
Structure the problem and prioritize effectively to maximize resources
Provide Individual coaching/feedback stretching to get personal and team goal
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
At least 2 years of experience in Account Executive or similar role prefer Marketing team at client and same role or planner at Agency
Proven experience in multi-project management
Good business acumen with data mindset
Solid knowledge of various verticals have experience in manage project campaign budget and manage P&L
Proficient project management
Strong problem solving skills
Have capability to analyze and execute well under pressure
Strong relationship building and engagement skills
Strategic communication and excellent presentation skill
Good to have:
Experience in selected kinds of projects: creative/digital/influencers…
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing
Account management experience in an Advertising/Marketing/Digital Agency
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Powerpoint and Excel
