This position reports to the Sales Manager and will work closely with other team members in Sales and Marketing Department.

Conducting 8 sales calls on daily basis to maintain a strong relationship to clients
Proactively prospecting new accounts and following the sales process through to convert into ‘producing’ accounts
Planning and conducting familiarization tours and site inspections in line with business needs
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and close sales after management approval
Interfacing with operations on a timely basis
Ensuring that all accounts are properly updated in Property Management System (PMS) and that the system is utilized to its full capacity
Maintaining up to date activity and production information for each account
Analyzing sales mix and likely impact on hotel goals
Checking customer satisfaction and resolving issues to ensure repeat business
Gathering market, customer information and providing feedback on hotel trends
Representing the organization at trade exhibitions and events
Providing hotel proposals and quotations
Understanding, continuing update and compliance of the relevant policies, procedures and service delivery standards of this position
Understanding, continuing update and compliance of human resources policies, procedures and code of discipline; while promoting management, team and cross department support, professionalism and good relations
Performing other related duties and functions assigned by the Director of Sales and Sales Manager
Yêu cầu hồ sơ
Bachelor’s degree in major of communications, business administration, marketing, hospitality management or equivalent
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, other languages a plus
Conflict management, impact and influencing; listening, understanding and responding; teamwork and cooperation
Ability to think critically, offer solutions, anticipate problems and provide solutions; provide high level of attention to detail
Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Hotel operations systems and POS
