JOB DESCRIPTION – MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Keep high level of engagement in PSBC social channels (prior Facebook & IG) by:

• Creating and developing social media content plans + advertising plans

• Managing a high volume of daily/weekly social media posts, following the alignment social content plan.

• Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms.

• Being creative and proactive in using various visual tactics

• Staying up-to-date on the trends and practices in social media

2. Increase brand awareness among social media

• Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.

• Being highly aware of customer messages, reviews, feedback…

• Expanding & keeping relationships with media influencers, KOLs in traveling, lifestyle and food reviewing.

3. Keep tracking & report to ensure the performance

• Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.

• Preparing weekly and monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.

4. Manage the website relating content and image and other tasks assigned by MM

• 13rd Month Salary: According to Labor Code and Company Policy
• Transportation and Travelling Fees: In accordance with the policy of the Company.
• Insurances: Compulsory Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Unemployment Insurance are in accordance with the applicable law of Vietnam. Beside this, you will be covered by the Health Care Insurance paid by the Company.
• Public Holidays: You will be entitled to 10 days of Public Holidays fully paid in accordance with the Labor Law of Vietnam.
• Annual Leave: You will be entitled to 12 days of Annual Leave during one full year of employment.
• Company Trip: In accordance with the policy of the Company.

• JOB REQUIREMENTS
• • Strong at creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skill.
• • Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout, and typography, able to offer a variety of design solution.
• • Degree in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar.
• • Experience as a social media executive
• • Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
• • In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements.
• • Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts.
• • Flexible and engaging writing style.
• • Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics.
• • Appreciation for novel insights and ideas.
• • Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various time zones.
• Degrees
• • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, creative multimedia, or similar diploma, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, other video editing software.
• • 1-2 years’ experience in design in an in-house creative department in F&B industry, preferably food & beverages industry.
