ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Crossian Talent Internship Program (CTIP) offers a unique internship opportunity for those interested in the dynamic field of Supply Chain Management at a fast-growing and results-focused technology company. As a participant, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of supply chain operations and get the chance to enhance your skills while applying your academic knowledge in a real-world environment.

During this internship, you will receive:

  • Internship allowance up to 20M/month depending on the role you would be assigned to during the 6-month program
  • Intensive training in Production Management, Fulfillment Management, Inventory Management, Sourcing, Partnership Management, and Project Management
  • Personal mentoring by experts in supply chain strategy, vendor management, and operational efficiency and project management
  • On-the-job training that develops critical skills such as leadership, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork
  • High performers will be considered for full-time employment at any point during the 6-month trainee program, without the need for a probation period, if they demonstrate qualified performance.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    As part of the program, you'll gain valuable experience in core aspects of supply chain management, including but not limited to:

    • Production Management: Assisting in the planning, coordination, and optimization of production schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective product manufacturing
    • Fulfillment Management: Overseeing the logistics and execution of timely deliveries to customers, including managing third-party providers and improving order fulfillment processes
    • Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability, and minimizing overstock/understock issues through effective forecasting and analysis
    • Sourcing: Researching and identifying suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms, and working to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient procurement of goods and services
    • Partnership Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with company goals, and enhancing collaboration to optimize supply chain efficiency
    • Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring key supply chain projects. Work on cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business goals. Learn to manage timelines, and resources effectively
    • Data Analysis & Reporting: Tracking key performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and generating reports on operational performance to guide decision-making
    REQUIREMENTS

    We are looking for candidates who are passionate about supply chain management and eager to learn. If you meet the following criteria, we encourage you to apply:

    • A student in the last year of Bachelor's studies, a fresh graduate or candidate with relevant work experience with a strong academic background in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Data analysis, Project management, or a related field
    • Proficiency in English (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent), Chinese is a plus.
    • Strong logical and critical thinking skills
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data to optimize supply chain operations
    • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • A hard-working, motivated, and eager-to-learn attitude

We’ll also explore your motivation, enthusiasm for supply chain management, and cultural fit with the company.

    • Final Decision:

    • Plan and execute performance marketing strategies on Google platform to acquire customers and boost customer lifetime value.
    • Plan, set up, and optimize Google advertising campaigns effectively.
    • Dive deep into campaign data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign success, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
    • Collaborate closely with our creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and cohesive messaging.
    • Keep your finger on the pulse of Google advertising trends, best practices, and changes in the ecosystem, so we can stay ahead of the curve.
    • Test and iterate ad creatives, signal segments, and campaign strategies to continuously improve performance and maximize return on investment.
    • Provide regular reports to stakeholders, sharing insights, highlighting successes, addressing challenges, and identifying optimization opportunities.
    REQUIREMENTS
    • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Data Analysis, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
      • Extra points if you graduated from top universities (local or global) and had a GPA that sparkled.
      • Having Data certificates, specialized certificates is an advantage
    • More than 1 year of experience in performance marketing, focus on conversion objective
    • Proven track record of driving significant growth and achieving outstanding results in performance marketing campaigns.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to extract valuable insights from data to optimize campaigns and deliver business outcomes.
    • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, LTV, and conversion rates.
    • Experience in the e-commerce industry or agency marketing is a plus.
