Controlling buying spare parts and part room handling team of 9 staffs
Contact and work with existing suppliers, and contractors or find new suppliers/ contractors according to the purchasing requirements of departments, approve prices and proceed with purchasing

In charge of controlling part room activities with the team
Tooling Spend management by category, toolmaker, classification (New, duplication, modification), figure out approaches for tooling cost improvement and optimized resource allocation
Work out ‘Tooling cost’, directly negotiate with toolmakers, and ensure tooling cost rationality
Familiar with tooling/parts control
Monthly expenses and PO reports, Deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly reports as assigned by the Manager
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
Search potential vendors
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Handle internal complaints, contact suppliers for handling
Plan purchases, track POs, and delivery progress

Skills
At least five years experience in buying parts and technical contractors and parts control field in equivalent positions in the manufacturing field
High responsibility in work. Being a good influencer for subordinates.
Work positively, have a progressive spirit, be honest, persevere, and have solutions to overcome difficulties/challenges
University graduation
Good human resource management ability, demonstrated by knowing how to communicate, listen, guide, coach, train, motivate, and resolve conflicts with subordinates.
Age from 35 years and up
Engineering background & Tooling knowledge is a MUST
Good at Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other office computer skills
Management and strong negotiation ability and communication skills
Excellent English skills
