Location: Vietnam (HCMC, Ha Noi, Da Nang)

We are seeking a QA Leader (Manual & Auto) to join our dynamic team working on multiple mobile and web application projects across diverse industries and countries. This role requires both strong technical testing expertise and leadership capabilities to lead the entire QC team, drive quality initiatives, and ensure high standards in product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire QA team, providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure testing excellence across projects.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Project Managers to understand product features and define test strategies across manual and automated testing.
• Review product requirements and technical specifications to ensure test coverage, efficiency, and completeness.
• Drive the planning, estimation, and execution of test activities across project phases.
• Oversee and contribute to writing detailed test plans, test cases/scripts for both functional and non-functional testing.
• Monitor and ensure the timely execution of test cycles and deliverables.
• Identify, analyze, log, and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
• Mentor and train junior/mid QA engineers (manual and automation) to improve overall team capability.
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and testing efficiency.
• Regularly communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Ensure test documentation is up-to-date and aligned with testing standards and best practices.
• Promote a culture of continuous quality and process improvement.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• 4+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2+ years in automation testing and 1+ year in a lead or mentoring role.
• Strong hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Katalon, or similar.
• Experience in testing web applications and mobile applications.
• Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
• Experience in API testing and tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger) is a plus.
• Proficient in creating and managing test plans, test strategies, test cases, and automation scripts.
• Ability to lead a small to mid-sized QC team, manage priorities, and deliver results under deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of CI/CD and experience integrating automated tests into pipelines is a big plus.
