- Tầng 5, tòa nhà Vinfast, 8 Phạm Hùng, Mai Dịch, Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội.
Mô tả công việc
- Government Documents Applications: work permits, visas for expatriates, travel visas, company registration, letter of consent, etc for foreigners.
- Office Supplies: maintaining adequate inventory of office supplies (e.g. paper, stationeries, printers... etc.).
- Set up email, prepare working equipment for new employees.
- Procurement of new facilities
- Set up monthly service payment records: Network, electricity, water, rental services.
- Support the preparation of events at the company.
- Update information on internal events, monthly and annually.
- Monitor and control internal costs/events monthly/quarterly/yearly.
- Prepare payment documents for internal expenses: house rent, electricity and water.
- Prepare payment documents for internal event expenses.
- Management of housing and dormitories for employees.
- Union fees.
- Other work as requested by management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: College/ University Degree.
- At least 2 years’ experience as same position
- Good command of English
- Candidates Vietnamese
- CV in English
- Be able to work well under high pressure and towards tight deadlines.
- Hard working and responsibility.
