YUJIN VINA Co., Ltd specializes in manufacturing cutlery such as spoons, forks, and knives for European and American brands and handbag metal accessories for luxury brands. The company has been in operation for more than 20 years with three factories in Thu Duc and one new factory in Long An focusing on automation. ***YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Managing all activities of workshop production operation, implement goals which board of managers and production planning have proposed.
• To be in charge of managements, use labors, use machines so that to effect the best before board of managers.
• To be in charge of received the plan, organized implement to achieve production planning and to ensure technical, quality products, productivity before board of managers.
• Responsibility for implement the regulations of workshop production operation about labor management, production managements, fortune management, industrial hygiene tasks.
• Combine with relative units of workshop production operation to implement reported daily, weekly, monthly, yearly.
• Organized implement functions, responsibilities of workshop base on regulations of the board of managers.
• Build develop projects, activity projects base on professional workshops.
• Work out evaluation base on professional fields of workshop.
• Organized implement the guide professional skill, tasks follow customer’s requirements.
• Combine with other divisions of the company during past activities.
• To guide, monitor to all employees about production process, process inspection planning, guide products of ISO 9000 system.
• To be in charge of inspection quality products or progress and responsibility for no enough requests of products before board of managers.
