DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Promotes the implementation of ZTE's compliance policies, regulations, systems, and processes in the engineering service field.
2. Promote the set-up and implementation of compliance management systems, operation mechanisms in the engineering service field.
3. Conducts compliance risk assessment in the engineering service field, organizes and promotes the sorting out and governance of compliance risks, and conducts compliance inspection and rectification.
4. Design compliance publicity and training courses that are suitable for the engineering service field in Vietnam, carry out regular compliance training, improve employees' compliance awareness and capabilities in the engineering service field, and foster a compliance culture.
5. Conducts compliance consultation, review, and communication in the engineering service field.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• Must have requirements

1. Has a bachelor's degree or above, and is proficient in written and spoken Chinese, can speak English is a plus.
2. Have 1-3 years experience related to project management/training/compliance

• Nice to have

1. Has basic capabilities such as good organizational planning, communication and coordination, teamwork, document output, expression, problem identification, and prediction, and is willing to accept work challenges.
2. Project management experience is preferred.
