Viettel Group's HR Division is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that impact all company units.
Job Description:
- Develop salary structures, compensation plans, and payment regulations.
- Prepare and manage the annual salary budget.
- Conduct research on government regulations, market trends (e.g., salary benchmarks), and internal company data to analyze factors influencing compensation policies and propose necessary adjustments.
- Develop company-wide benefits programs and special incentives to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure the legal compliance, consistency, and comprehensiveness of all compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and conduct analyses as required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Economics, or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources.
- TOEIC score of 800 or above.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, responsibility, a strong learning attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Work Location: Viettel Group Headquarters, Lane 7, Ton That Thuyet Road, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM
