Job Summary: Analyze and manage data to support production and business operations. Provide analysis, forecasts, and visual reports to enhance the efficiency of business and production management for THACO AUTO.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Aggregation: Implement data collection, storage, and aggregation from various levels/units under THACO AUTO, including production, sales, and operational activities.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Process and analyze data to create visual and automated reports.

Forecasting & Solution Proposals: Identify trends and provide insights based on data analysis to support executive decision-making in production and business operations.

Process Development & Management: Develop and enforce regulations and procedures for data collection and storage to ensure systematic, consistent data management across units.

IT Application: Proactively suggest and improve systems and analysis tools to optimize accuracy and performance in data analysis.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in data analysis roles within large corporations (preferably candidates with expertise in automotive, manufacturing business, operational systems, or related fields).
Proficient in office software tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
Familiarity with Big Data, Data Warehousing, and experience with SQL, query tools, and data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau). Python programming skills are an advantage.
Ability to analyze existing databases and propose software solutions.
Logical and methodical in solving problems; ability to create and control work plans.
Strong ability to gather, organize, analyze, and interpret detailed and accurate information.
Well-developed verbal and written skills with the ability to present information in English.
Understanding of products and the automotive market is a plus.
Systematic thinking, proactive work style, and ability to manage personal tasks scientifically.
Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented. Strong team player with the ability to work under high pressure.

Công ty TNHH THACO AUTO (gọi tắt là THACO AUTO) là Tập đoàn trực thuộc THACO hoạt động trong lĩnh vực nhập khẩu, sản xuất lắp ráp, phân phối, bán lẻ và dịch vụ sửa chữa ô tô, xe máy.

Về hoạt động Sản xuất:

Tổ hợp Sản xuất Lắp ráp Ô tô có các nhà máy sản xuất lắp ráp ô tô và xe máy đặt tại KCN THACO Chu Lai (Quảng Nam) gồm: nhà máy THACO KIA, nhà máy THACO MAZDA, nhà máy LUXURY CAR, nhà máy xe Du lịch chuyên dụng cao cấp, nhà máy sản xuất xe Mô tô, nhà máy THACO BUS, nhà máy THACO TẢI.

Về hoạt động Phân phối:

THACO AUTO phân phối đầy đủ chủng loại: xe du lịch, xe bus, xe tải, xe chuyên dụng đến từ các thương hiệu ô tô quốc tế (KIA, Mazda, Peugeot, BMW; Foton, Mitsubishi Fuso) và thương hiệu THACO (THACO BUS). Đặc biệt, Công ty còn đầu tư phát triển sản phẩm ô tô chuyên dụng theo từng nhóm ngành nghề, lĩnh vực, xe đô thị chạy điện và các giải pháp vận chuyển thông minh
