JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for developing and managing the brand's product portfolio, executing in-depth market research campaigns to provide analytical insights, serving to drive sales volume and enhance customer satisfaction and experience with the brand's products.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Market research: Collecting and analyzing market information to understand customer needs and desires, as well as competition within the industry.
• Product development: Planning, collaborating with stakeholders to execute the product development process, from ideation and design to testing and improvement.
• Product marketing strategy: Collaborating, participating in developing product marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and create demand in the market.
• Management of current products: Ensuring current products meet quality standards and customer requirements, as well as implementing effective marketing strategies, ensuring product information is consistently updated.
• Product performance analysis: Monitoring and evaluating product performance in the market, while proposing and implementing improvements as needed.
• Sales support: Providing support and training to the sales team on product features and competitive advantages.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years working experience in major motorcycle companies, preferably in premium brands

Professional Knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics

• Instructional and personnel training skills
• Proficient in English
• Good communication and negotiation skills
