Job Description
- Location: Long Bien, Hanoi / Tan Uyen, Binh Duong
- Provide daily guidance and direction in HSE programs at the employee/supervisor level to ensure a common and effective approach.
- Support the project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety, and environmental issues.
- Practice safe working techniques and enforce the safety policies, guidelines, and procedures as requirements.
- Provide, maintain, and update as needed SOPs for all safe work practices, and equipment, and utilize them in day-to-day training.
- Provide and maintain filing systems regarding employee training and safety.
- Ensure the employees on the property comply with the company's policies and safety norms.
- Assist with maintaining the site preparedness and Emergency planning and Procedures.
- Periodically coordinate and organize internal drills for incidents at projects.
- Maintain working relations with regulatory bodies.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
- At least 1-3 years of recent and relevant experience in a similar role.
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, 5S, Kaizen, standards, and HSE.
- Knowledge of emergency preparedness, Fire Safety Management/Risk assessment.
- Ability to work independently and advise on all Health and Safety matters, to all roles within the business.
- Ability to analyze information logically and meticulously.
