Marketplace Management:
Manage and optimize product listings on Shopee to maximize visibility and sales.
Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns tailored for Shopee.
Ensure all product information, pricing, and availability are accurate and up to date.
Affiliate Program Management:
Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive traffic and sales.
Identify and recruit potential affiliate partners to expand the program.
Monitor affiliate performance, provide support, and ensure compliance with program policies.
Create and distribute marketing materials and resources for affiliates.
Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment of marketplace and affiliate activities with overall business goals.
Align with Shopee account managers and other external partners to enhance our marketplace presence and resolve any issues.Required Qualification
Proven experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces, preferably on Shopee.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualification
Proficient in using e-commerce and marketing tools and platforms.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
