Mô Tả Công Việc

** Position Statement

The Human Resources Assistant (HRA) is responsible for the day to day administration and operations of the human resources functions.

The HRA is responsible for carrying out and supporting responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: HR Administration, C&B, Learning and Development (Training activities).

As a collective HR team, the responsibilities extend to promoting the development of an ethical, inclusive and diverse organizational culture. A culture that is based on respect and values, in which all are able to contribute in a context of open information and dialogue, acceptance of continual change and focus on professional leadership and personal accountability.

** Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT (TRAINING DELIVERY)

• Assist with the coordination and delivery of training programs, including scheduling, preparing training materials, and assisting with logistics.
• Identify training needs and design/develop training content to meet those needs.
• Working with the HR team to continuously evaluate and improve training programs, ensuring they are up to date and relevant to the needs of the organization.
• Provide assistance to employees during training sessions, answering questions and providing guidance as needed.
• Track attendance and participation of employees in training programs, providing feedback and reports to the HR team as needed
• Assist with the administration of online training programs, including registration, tracking, and reporting of completion.

ADMINISTRATION:
• Arrange new hires onboarding/ Offboarding sessions. Labour contract management; Manage HR database on the system.
• Ensure all HR records and information related to individual employees or employment related matters are maintained to required standards.
• Support conducting reviews of HR documentation and processes such as policies, procedures, processes and forms.
• Implement HR policies and process which are legally compliant with relevant Vietnamese law. Detailed understanding of current employment laws and legislation.
• Support team in Compensation & Benefits especially Personal Income Tax Finalization & Monthly payroll, Compulsory Insurance Benefits.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
• Ensure the HR function is aligned with the business's sustainability strategy by accurately capturing all CSR related activity.

OTHERS
• Support HR Manager in responding to HR enquiries and ensure all HR Administrative tasks are actioned and completed in a timely manner.

* Professional Knowledge and Skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work with employees at all levels.
• Knowledge about day-to-day HR department operations
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

* Qualifications
• College Degree or Higher Diploma in HR/ Business Administration/ Accounting or similar.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Generalist HR or Training related role.
• Good English presentation & writing skills
• Experience in training activities
• Experience in PIT calculation & finalization
