Mô tả công việc

1. Recruitment Process Consultation & Optimization:

Analyze existing Recruitment System and propose improvements.
Support the development and implementation of an efficient recruitment system.

2. Enhancing the Job Posting System:

Collaborate with the development team to refine and optimize job posting features.
Ensure the platform is user-friendly, effective, and seamlessly integrates into company workflows.

3. Korean-Vietnamese Interpretation for the Director:

Facilitate meetings and document translations between Korean and Vietnamese.
Ensure clear and precise communication between leadership and departments.

4. Cross-Departmental Support:

Participate in interdepartmental meetings to provide insights on recruitment processes.
Address HR-related inquiries and assist with system integration.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's Degree in related major, Korean language major is a plus
Fluency in Korean, including 4 skills: reading, listening, writing and speaking
+ 5 years of experience in Recruitment System and Korean translation and interpretation, with a solid understanding of recruitment processes and systems
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and explain HR processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with online recruitment platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment tools is a plus
Ability to work independently and as a team
Excellent coordination, time management and communication skills.
